Staffing and Supervision
Every CRS employee will be trained by an experienced team member of our company. All employees will be trained not only on their job duties, but on HIPAA as well. Each CRS team member is required to sign a confidentiality statement to ensure the privacy and protection of your facility and your patients. When possible, CRS will employ local citizens of your community to staff your facility.
Our Management team will work closely with your Business Office Director, or other designated individual, to ensure that our program is tailored to meet the needs of your facility.
